Coming together in support for Cora Fort and family

Update Sunday the 20th

Hello everyone. Christine and children arrived in Seattle on Saturday night, and we celebrated a birthday for Aidan. mom had a couple of pretty bad days last week. I think things were going so well that mom tried to do too much, forgetting that she just has a second round of three days of chemo.

Dad is looking tired this week, but hopefully he will get some rest. we are looking forward to Thanksgiving. Paul comes in on Thanksgiving day.

Thanks for all of your prayers. This is really a marathon, and not a sprint. With your support and prayers, I know we will all get through this.

From Corazon

Hello everyone,

I am sitting here in my hospital room waiting for my next round of chemo.

I am sitting here so thankful for all of the people who have been supporting us in prayer and with love.

It must be working because I am still around. I am hoping for little suffering and side effects. We enjoyed a nice quiet night aith MIchael and a few of his friends for Fort’s birthday. Grandma came up with Michael and had her first latte.

For the family reading this, Grandma now really enjoys a tall decaf vanilla latte.

Michael will be staying with me today while Fort does some cleaning back at the house. Michael will stay the night and then Fort will return tomorrow.

I love you all. God Bless you all.

Love, Corazon
